DO 注意事项:
Can use any vegetables that you like except the mushrooms. 可用任何你喜欢的菜,除了菇。
Never put the mushrooms at the bottom when cooking without oil. 在无用油的情况下,永不放菇在最下面。

Main Ingredients 主料:-
White Button Mushrooms 白蘑菇 x 2 pcs – cut into slices 切片
Shiitake Mushrooms 香菇 x 4 pcs – cut into slices 切片
Chinese Cabbage 白菜 x 1 pc – cut into slices 切片
Bok Choy 小白菜 x 1 bundle – cut into slices 切片
Romaine Lettuce 生菜 x 1 bundle – can be any type of lettuce 任何一种生菜即可
Small sprout 小豆芽 x a little 少许
Red Onion 洋葱(红)x 1 pc – chop into fine pieces 剁碎
Garlic 蒜头 x 3 small pcs 小粒 – chop into fine pieces 剁碎
Millet + Brown Rice 小米 + 糙米 x 1 person 一人份
Organic Brown Rice Noodle 有机糙米面 x 1 person 一人份

Side ingredient 配料:-
Chopped Young Onion 葱菜  x a little 少许 – chop into small pieces 剁碎
Parsley 香菜 x a little 少许 – chop into small pieces 剁碎
Sea salt 海盐 x a little 少许 – melt sea salt in a little of hot water
Liquid Aminos  氨基酸液 x a little 少许
Thick Soy Source 厚酱油 x a little 少许

Cooking method 主法:-

Rice Preparation 饭的准备
1.       Put in the millet and brown rice in a stainless steel bowl. Put in water volume as in 2 times of the millet + brown rice volume. 把小米和糙米放进铁腕里。把2倍的水倒进。
2.       Steam the millet and brown rice in a covered cooking pan for 30-45mins. 把小米和糙米放在盖上的锅里蒸30-45分钟。

Dish Preparation 菜肴的准备
1.       Put all the main ingredients except millet + brown rice and organic brown rice noodle into the cooking pan, cover up. Use medium fire to cook for 1 minute.  除了小米+糙米饭和有机糙米面以外,把所有主料都放进锅里,盖上,用中火煮1分钟。
2.       Open the cover, fry awhile, cover up, cook another 1 minute. 开盖,稍炒,盖上,再煮1分钟。
3.       Open the cover, put in the chopped young onion, parsley and sea salt water, fry awhile, cover up, cook another 1 minute. 开盖,把葱菜、香菜和海盐水放进锅里,稍炒,盖上,再煮1分钟。
4.       Open the cover, fry awhile. Done. Take half of the dish out and put in a bowl. 开盖,稍炒。完成。把一半的菜拿出放在碗里。

Braised Noodle 焖面
1.       Follow from Dish Preparation, medium fire is still on, put in half cup of water, a little of liquid amino and a little of thick soy source, mix well. 接着菜肴的准备,中火还在,放进半杯水、少许氨基酸液和厚酱油,搅拌均匀。
2.       Put in organic brown rice noodle, cover up, cook for 2-3 mins. In between, open up to mix the ingredients. Add drinking water if it is too dry. 放进有机糙米面,盖上,煮上2-3分钟。间中,开盖来搅拌一下食材。如果太干了,加些喝的水。
3.       When the noodle is soft, the braised noodle is ready to be served.  当面已软,这焖面就可上了。
