Cooking method 主法:-
1. Pour
water in the pot, put in ginger (chopped into pretty small pieces), boil it
while cutting all other main ingrendients into small pieces except mee sua. 把水倒入锅里,放进姜(剁碎),煮沸。同时,把其他主料切小块。
2. When
water is boiled, put all main ingredients and sea salt into the pot, cook until
the mee sua just soft. Done. 当水已煮沸,把所有主料和海盐放入锅里, 煮至面线刚软即完成。
