Cooking method 主法:-
1. Pour
water in the pot, put in ginger and homemade fish paste, boil it while cutting
the bok choy into small pieces. 把水倒入锅里,放进姜和自制鱼滑,煮沸。同时,把小白菜切小块。
2. When
water is boiled, put in the noodle, cook until the noodle just soft.当水已煮沸,把面放入锅里, 煮至面刚软。
3. Put in
the bok choy and sea salt, cook for another 30secs to 1min. Done. 放入小白菜和海盐,再煮30秒至1分钟。完成。
* Take any non-poisonous fish. Take out the skin and bones. Put a little sea salt on fish meat and finely
chop the fish meat. Done. 拿任何无毒鱼,去皮和骨。放少许海盐在鱼肉上,剁鱼肉成碎片。完成。
