Ingredients: -
Flat Noodle 板面 x 1 bowl碗 (Portion
follow own preference 分量依个人喜好)
Iceberg Lettuce 玻璃生菜 x 2 pieces – chop into small pieces 切片 (Can be any
vege 任何菜都可)
Fish Paste 鱼滑 x 4-5 small
pieces 小块 (can use any mushroom 可用任何蘑菇)
Soup
Ingredient汤料:-
Anchovies 江鱼子 (Ikan Bilis) x 50g 克
Water 水 x
1.5 bowl 碗
Cooking
Method 煮法:-
1. Put the entire soup ingredient into
the cooking pot, use medium fire boil for at least 30mins. 把所有汤料放进锅里,用中火沸煮至少30分钟。
2. Sieve the soup. 过滤汤。
3. Put in fish paste, cook for 2-3 mins.
放进鱼滑,煮2-3分钟。
4. Put in Flat Noodle, cook for 1-2 mins.
放进板面,煮1-2分钟。
5. Off the fire, put in iceberg lettuce.
Done. 关火,放进玻璃生菜。完成。

1. Use medium fire to boil anchovies for at least 30mins. |
