too long as it will be soften. 不要放烤紫菜(海苔)在外面太久,不然紫菜会变软。Have to check on the ingredient when you
buy the roasted seaweed. Make sure it is 100% seaweed with no additive. 请确认买回来的烤紫菜一定是要无添加物的 100%纯紫菜。

Roasted Seaweed 烤紫菜(海苔)x 4-5 pcs 片
Japanese Cucumber 日本青瓜 x
½ pc 条
Carrot 胡萝卜 x
½ pc 条
Millet + Brown Rice 小米+糙米 x for 1 pax 一人份
Purified Water 过滤水 x double
volume of millet + Brown Rice 小米+糙米体积的2倍
Method
做法:-
1. Put the millet+brown rice and
purified together, steam for 30mins. 把小米+糙米和过滤水放在一起,蒸30分钟。
2. At the meantime, cut the Japanese cucumber
and carrot into stripes. 同时,把日本青瓜和胡萝卜切成条状。
3. Put some of the steam millet+brown
rice (cool down), japanese cucumber and carrot on a piece of roasted seaweed,
roll it and eat. Done. 将一些蒸了的小米+糙米(冷却)、日本青瓜和胡萝卜放在一张烤紫菜上,卷上然后吃。完成。
